FAQs
photos and mobile use
We can’t wait to share this moment with you!
The ceremony will be mobile-free, so please put away your phones and enjoy the moment with us.
Professional photographers will capture all the important moments, and we’ll share the beautiful photos afterwards.
Think of it as a little digital detox … with a side of love and champagne
Dresscode - formal
What does “formal” mean?
No everyday clothes here! Think polished, elegant, and a little extra – it’s a day to dress up.
Ladies:
Long dress, evening gown, or another elegant outfit. Bunads are very welcome.
Gentlemen:
Dark suit with shirt and tie – or a tuxedo if you want to go all out. Bunads are also perfect.
Short dress?
Yes – as long as it says wedding and not night out.
Colors:
We love colors! Just remember: white is reserved for the bride.
What to avoid:
Jeans, sneakers, hoodies, and anything that feels more “home comfy” than “wedding chic.”
Rule of thumb:
If you think, “Oops, maybe this is a bit much” – you’re probably dressed just right.
Are children welcome?
The ceremony is open to everyone, and children are warmly welcome to attend.
The wedding reception, however, is adults only.
Thank you for understanding – it helps make the day enjoyable for everyone.
Allergies and special diets
We want everyone to enjoy the food!
If you have allergies, intolerances, or dietary preferences (vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please let us know when you RSVP.
We’ll make sure everyone gets something delicious – nobody will go hungry or be stuck with just salad 😉
